Where your data and credentials live
Counter-hosted (default). Counter runs your agent for you. We hold the service credentials it needs, the AI, messaging, and identity checks, on our own accounts, so you never set them up. Your customers' payments go straight to your own bank through Stripe Connect, which means Counter never holds your payment keys. Your business details and any tools you connect are stored in Counter's encrypted database.
Self-hosted. You can also run Counter yourself. You deploy it on your own infrastructure, every credential stays in your environment, and Counter holds nothing. This suits businesses with their own security or compliance requirements. The deployment guide ships with the open-source harness.
By starting, you agree to Counter contacting you about your genie setup. We won't email you about anything else.
